So, my first round of P90X yeilded incredible results. I mean I was vey happy with the final results. Lost about 21 pounds through that first 90 days and my body surely showed the improvement.
So how about since then? Well Ive started P90X four times since then making it to around day 30 each time then losing my way. I've slowly but surely crept back into the old diet and although I'm still strong and the muscle definition remains it is covered by some fat now and my weight has increased by 17 pounds.
I know that many would look at such digression and simply give up, but not me. We have to push through these times, getting and remaining focused. It takes dedication to push yourself in such a way. My focus and my desires are large. My determination to reach and maintain my weight and exercise goals is set and this journey will end in success.
I would live to have you join me on this journey. I've completed it once and I know the benefits and it is safe to say that if I can do it you can do it.
