I have so enjoyed the new level of health that I was able to acheive with my first round of P90X. However, through this second round I've done little more than maintain my new fitness level. Last night I decided that it was time for things to change. Time to set some new goals and for these last 60 days of round 2 meet those new goals.
Here are my main 2 Goals for the next 60 days:
1) Get my weight below 170 by adhearing to a healthy diet and of course Pushing Play and Bringing It everyday.
2) Be able to compete in a 5K.
Excited about the way things are headed and where we are going from here.
