What to do when the wheels fall off
There will come atone when things will get in the way of your workouts and diet. It's called life and it will mess up the way you feel about working out. Take this past week for me. I was only able to work out two times the entire week. There were a couple of days I could have forced some time to work out but I chose not to. Later in the week I slacked up on my diet and although I didn't gain any weight, I didn't fuel my body properly and without question I will pay for it when I start on the dedicated workouts again. It's a little like running kerosene in a high octaine engine. Let's just say I'll be spitting and sputtering like an engine running on bad gas.
However that's not the big part, or even the hard part. You see the hard part is just starting the workouts again. I know that I'll be getting back on my 5 am schedule in the morning yet I also know that 5am start is going to really test me. I know it's time to get the wheels back on the bus and get it running again with the right fuel. I hate feeling like I'm starting fir the first time but I also know that's exactly what it's like.
Got to renew my commitment and push on to those goals that have remained just outside my reach. Got to simply "PUSH PLAY!"
