Today I started my fifth week of round 2 and the workout was Chest, Shoulder & Triceps. This is a workout that I usually love but today it was tough. My right Shoulder was very tender and it hurt me at times where it usually didn't hurt. Like pushups. I especially noticed it on the Plyometric Pushups and decided after 1 and after the face plant that 1 was enough. You have to know your body and how to call it quits. Hopefully you'll call it quits before the face plant.
